SFC Steve Fehrenbacher of the US Army National Guard spoke to the CEO students about leadership. He facilitated a discussion about the roles in which leaders serve and the traits that make them a leader. Steve then administered a mini Meyers-Briggs personality test and discussed with the students the pros and cons of each personality type.
